First they ACTUALLY answered their phone! How refreshing compared to the big box stores. They had helpful advice, and had what I needed in stock! The same man I had spoken with on the phone helped me, took the measurements and cut the baseboard I needed, AND checked me out himself. The price was as quoted, too! He offered to shrink wrap the cut boards into a single neat bundle, and an associate held the door open for me! A great experience, and I WILL be back!”

I bought wood from Home Depot but they (and Rona) only cut down to a minimum size of 12″. At Windsor, they let me bring in the wood and did a bunch of custom cuts for me, and even helped me troubleshoot some issues I was having with a bed platform I was building for the back of my car. Honestly, supporting local, even if they are more expensive, is always so much more worth it just for the quality customer service! I’ll definitely be coming to them for all my construction needs in the future instead of those big box store like Home Depot or Rona! :)”
